Returning items
Within fifteen days from receipt of his order, you can request the return or exchange of a product.
The exchange, voucher or refund will be made after acceptance of your return and receipt of the item in its original condition, if it has not been worn, washed or damaged. Only products returned in their entirety, in their original packaging and pouch, complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Any product that has been damaged, worn or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded. Consequently, returns of washed and/or worn items, as well as damaged boxes or packaging will be refused. All returns must be notified in advance. It will be the responsibility of the customer to keep any proof of return, which implies that the items are returned by registered mail or any other means giving a certain date of shipment and tracking possibilities as proof. No return of goods will be accepted without prior contact and without the return procedure having been validated. Refunds will be made by crediting the credit card used to pay for the order.
